How do I report a suspected compliance violation?

If you suspect a compliance violation you have several ways to report it:

1) Contact your local hospital compliance officer (Hospital CFO).
2) Call the HMA Compliance Hotline at 1-888-HMA-0380 (or 1-888-462-0380)

Does HMA offer an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)?

Yes, all HMA employees are provided access, free of charge, to an Employee Assistance Plan. (EAP)

HMA's EAP is provided by UNUM and is called "Life-Balance".

HMA employees should contact their respective human resources department with any additional questions and for a user ID and password to access www.lifebalance.net
